Overview
Nobody Move is an innovative brand with a strong passion for helping people. Founded by Robert Esposito, the brand kicked off with the launch of the book "Nobody Move Without Me". This serves as a comprehensive reference to help anyone with a challenging home move.
Rob wanted to enhance the offer with an app that would further assist and organize the moving process.
Together, we built a beautiful and fun checklist app design, a trained AI Voice Chat agent and much more.
Challenge
Build a comprehensive to-do list application while empowering the clients' creativity. Nimbly pivot to new ideas and features, incorporate user feedback and unique requests.
Ultimately, to build a SaaS application which helps people navigate the challenges of moving; whether that's to a different neighborhood, state or country.
Solution
For the NobodyMove app, the solution started with a rapid prototype to demonstrate task organization, timeline + section views and test the user experience. ElevenLabs was utilized for the interactive AI chatbot which was fully trained (RAG) on the pertinent parts of the NobodyMove book/method. Mixpanel was implemented for onboarding tracking, Stripe for recurring billing, and MailChimp for marketing automation.
Results
A fully cloud-deployed, secure, lightning-fast, user-friendly SaaS application.
